Do you provide Payment gateway or payment gateway integration?
HDPOS smart already works with many different payment gateways. If you already have a payment gateway account or in the process of getting one that suits your needs, we will be happy to integrate your HDPOS smart with your payment gateway.
Which printer should I buy?
HDPOS smart works any printer that works with your device. Even for barcode labels that you designed through HDPOS smart can be printed on a regular printers and you do not need any specialized barcode printers. But if you already own a barcode sticker printer, HDPOS smart will work with that too.
Moreover, HDPOS smart helps you reduce your printing since it has extensive email and text messaging support. You can email invoices to your customers instead of printing them. You can also text message the invoices.
Do you provide hardware?
We do not provide hardware along with our software at the moment to give you the freedom to choose your own hardware. Our application will run on any Windows based device. It is especially designed for touch screen and will work with any touch screen all in one POS systems that works with Windows. Our software also supports customer side display if your hardware has an additional customer facing screen. HDPOS smart works pretty well with windows based tablets.
